Neema Premji is a Professional Independent Chair and Non-Executive Director with more than 25 years of board-level experience across public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
With a background in Civil Engineering and extensive leadership across infrastructure, utilities, mining, water, transport and regional development, Neema brings disciplined oversight, independent judgement and practical insight to every engagement.
Her advisory work is grounded in strong governance principles, strategic foresight and a deep understanding of emerging board-level priorities including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, ESG and enterprise risk oversight.
